The Pentathlon consists of 100 metres of each stroke and a 200 IM. That is 5 individual events in one session. What a way to start the long course season. But our BAD swimmers were certainly up for the challenge! Most of the 48 BAD swimmers that attended the meet had many personal best times.31.jpginline

The meet began two years ago to acknowledge past swimmers and their accomplishments, with a small portion of all entry fees going to support the Ontario Swimming Hall of Fame.16none
