Step 1

Please download the Fee Schedule and PIPEDA.

The Fee Schedule will provide a breakdown of all the fees for the upcoming season.

NOTE: You must complete PIPEDA form and include it in the registration package
(Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act)

Step 2

You must download and submit 1 worksheet from the Highest Level Athletes
list for your highest level swimmer.

For all sibling swimmers of that athlete download and submit worksheets
from the Sibling Athletes list.

BAD’s mailing address and completion instructions are included on
page 1 of the worksheets.

Highest Level Athlete		Sibling Athlete
Junior Bronze		Jr. Bronze Sibling
Junior Silver		Jr. Silver Sibling
Intermediate Bronze		Int. Bronze Sibling
Intermediate Silver		Int. Silver Sibling
Intermediate Gold		Int. Gold Sibling
Senior Silver		There is no sibling rate for Senior Silver
Senior Gold		There is no sibling rate for Senior Gold
Swim Fit		The Swim Fit program is not eligible for sibling discounts.

Please review the handbook, it contains detailed information on fees,
how to get involved with our executive board, various committees and other
volunteer positions. Also included in the Handbook is the Swimmers Code of
Conduct. Please review this section with your children, we want to ensure
every child has a safe and enjoyable swimming experience.

Step 4

Please complete this form and include it with your registration package.

NOTE- One copy must be included for each swimmer in a family.

Step 5

REVIEW Registration Package:

1. Print and complete the worksheet(s) for the appropriate group your
child will swim with.

2. Include your void Cheque or payment(as indicated on the worksheet)

3. Review the Swimmers Code of Conduct (found in the Handbood)

4. Print and complete the Consent Form (One Form for each athlete)

5. Print and complete the PIPEDA Form (One Form for each athlete)

6. Completed registration packages can be mailed to:

** There will also be a drop off box at Nelson Pool during all practices throughout June, Monday - Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm Weather Permitting
